Make sure that you’ve done your homework. Interviewers are genuinely impressed with candidates who talk confidently and can back up their assumptions with solid foundations.
Why should we hire you?
Point out that you’ve met the jobs qualifications. In addition, give specific reasons that highlight your skills and experiences. Don’t say “I think that I am the best candidate for the job because…” say, “I firmly believe that I am…”
Interviewers like confidence. Don’t appear to be hesitant in what you’re saying.
What is your dream job?
This is a trap question. Don’t be specific, the job you’re applying to may not meet the standards of your dream job. This is the time to show your poetic nature, stay generic.
Start your answer with “my dream job is a job where I like the people and I love the work…”
How do you see yourself five years from now?
Basically, your answer must still be related with the company (it may be true or not but it’s a different story, your aim is to get the job.)
Tell something like, “five years from now I see myself still working in the company…”
You can add something like, you’ve been promoted as manager, supervisor or team leader. Again, display an aura of confidence. Show the interviewer that you are ready and willing to take charge.
